The Eagles Nest – Malvern, PA

Perched on the highest point in Malvern, PA, lies “The Eagles Nest”, a semi-secluded home with spectacular 360 views during the fall and an open sky during the summer. We had the opportunity to shoot this hideaway home a few weeks ago. It had open feel on the first floor. Opening the front door into the entrance way stood the main staircase in the center.

Candlebrook Properties reached out to Main Line Real Estate Photography to shoot one of their hottest properties right now. 251 Dekalb Pike in King of Prussia, PA is a long term residential community servicing corporate clients and more. This NYC property management and development firm has asked us to shoot several of their units so far, including this penthouse. If you work in the area on a short term or long term contract, 251 Dekalb Pike might be your temporary oasis away from the office.

105 N. 2nd St. Philadelphia, PA

The Pottery Building located at the corner of 2nd and Arch in Olde City Philadelphia, is going through a major renovation. Converted into luxury apartments, the developers reached out to Main Line Real Estate Photography to capture its new multi-million dollar renaissance. Beautiful hardwood floors, new appliances, and a complete renovate bathroom make this a pretty great spot.

206 Waterloo Ave, Berwyn

Joann Maguire of Coldwell Banker has a new listing at 206 Waterloo ave in Berwyn. Listed in the $400’s, this property features an in-ground pool, elevated property line, and brand new kitchen. Buying a single family home on the main line with a pool can certainly get expensive to purchase, but not this gem!

Janice McGinn of Long and Foster, Blue Bell, reached out to me to capture some shots of her new listing at 232 Mallard Dr., North Wales. This four bedroom property featured a formal dining room, formal living room, and in-ground pool. Set in a beautiful neighborhood, this is being listed at $599,000. Close to great shopping, and great schools. Very, very nice.

Boris Grimberg of Century 21 Alliance contacted me to shoot his new listing in Huntington Valley. This property is listed at $339,000 and is probably the nicest cape I’ve ever been in. The wide open floor plan, coupled with a finished basement is move in ready. When I was shooting this home all I could think was i’d love to entertain guests downstairs on the granite counter topped bar. Super nice!

I was contacted by Doug MacAdam of Century 21 Real Estate to shoot his listing at 1 Partridge Lane, Newtown Square, PA. The 2.5 acre lot featured a stream, fishing pond, and in-ground pool.

Conveniently located in Olde City and across the street from a historic church, this property is within walking distance to everything.

We were contacted by CitySpace to showcase the property located at 38 St. James ct. Now one of the golden rules of real estate is location, location, location. I can’t think of too many other properties that are better situated geographically than this one. When you are a sixty second walk away from Independence Hall, and Washington Square is basically your backyard, you’re in the right neighborhood. 

2012 Spruce Street, Philadelphia

We were contacted by Prudential Fox & Roach to showcase a property at 2012 Spruce st., which was listing for $4.3 million. The interior was immaculate, well cared for, and appointed tastefully. Since most Rittenhouse brownstones tend to lack proper natural sunlight due to their north and south facing orientation, it was important to establish that this property had plenty of light coming in through the windows. In addition, the dark woodwork throughout the home was clearly top-notch, which added a nice contrast to the sun-soaked rooms.

Why Real Estate Photos Matter

A recent Fox News article suggests that not only are professional real estate photos the absolute best way to sell your home, but in reality they are now mandatory. Gone are the days when the internet didn’t exist and your first impression of a prospective home was driving by it in your car to view the exterior. People are now online, and people love pictures.  Using high resolution photos  (no, iPhone photos do not qualify as high resolution) is a necessity. No matter whether the house you’re selling is listed for $200,000 or 1 million, the value to the end user is now found in their ability to see bright, crisp, and beautiful photos.
